What we offer
To make it simple we offer one base package. Additions to this package can be made on an a la carte basis.

Appetizer $1.00 per person
You may also add anything from our catering menu at a 10% discount from the price listed on the catering menu.
Available Times
Currently, all private parties will be held on Sunday afternoon.

Maximum Number
If you wish to have a reception style affair we can accommodate a maximum of 42 guests.
Decorations
World Cup of Tea will provide fresh linens, flowers and a main table centerpiece. Further decorating can be done on the clients request for an added fee. Should you wish, each client will have the opportunity to have a design consultation to discuss colors, centerpiece, furniture needs etc… Feel free to bring your own decorations, just please make us aware so that we can create a cohesive and functional design for your event.
Deposit and Payment
~A $300 dollar minimum is required for any special event.
~The price per person is for a 3 hour event. If you would like to stay longer a $40 per hour fee will be charged.
~Should we need to move/clear furniture from the store there will be a $100 fee.
~A 20% deposit will be collected when the reservation is made. The balance will be collected the day of the event.
Cancellation policies
~A cancellation of the event within 7 days of the event will result in loss of deposit.
~The customer will be billed for the number of guest confirmed even if they do not attend.
~Because we make everything fresh for your event, an event cancellation made within 24 hours of the event will result in a full charge.
